Stir-fried Zucchini Slice Recipe
Introduction to the Stir-fried Zucchini Slice Recipe:
The zucchini is an immature summer squash, which is very tender. Even the seeds are so tender that they can be edible. So you don’t have to remove the seeds like when you do the mature ones.
Another reason I love zucchini is that it is easy to cook. It takes even less time for zucchini slice to get done than for cucumber slices. I prefer to chopping it into slices than shreds because of two reasons. The first one is that it is simpler and less time consuming to slice it. The second reason is that shreds might have more nutrients lost.

Zucchini
Ingredients:
Zucchini: 300 g (or two)
Red dried chili pepper: 2
Seasonings:
Garlic: 2 cloves
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Preparation Work:
1. Rinse the zucchinis clean;
2. Slice the rinsed zucchinis;
3. Peel and slice the garlic cloves;
Cooking Steps:
1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a wok;
2. Drop the sliced garlic cloves into the wok; when the garlic smell sets off, go to step 3;
3. Drop the dried chili peppers in;
4. Add in the zucchini slice in the wok;
5. Stir evenly; when the zucchini gets soft, go to step 6;
6. Add in the salt, soy sauce and vinegar and stir fully.
Cooking Tips:
1. There is one issue that is frustrating when it comes to cooking zucchini recipe, i.e. soup. As you are cooking, you will find that the soup is accumulating gradually. Therefore, it is recommended to add in the salt as late as possible before serving on a plate.
There is another solution to this, you can mix some starch (blended with water) into it to thicken the soup.
