Stir Fried Cabbage with Tomatoes

Stir Fry Cabbage with Tomatoes
Introduction:
Today, I am going to introduce to you a stir fry recipe for cabbage that I didn’t know who invented. I also forgot when and where I tasted it and from whom I have learned it. Forgive me if the inventor reads this!
The combination of tomato and cabbage is amazing. This way, the vinegar can be saved for other dishes. And the tomatoes can play their role of improving our prostates. LOL.
The main ingredient can be either the cabbage or the tomato, depending on your preference. I would like to make the cabbage as the main ingredient, though.
Ingredients:
Cabbage: half a medium-sized one
Tomato: one
Seasonings:
Garlic clove: 2
Ginger: 1 slice
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
MSG: half a teaspoon
Preparation Work:
1. Rinse the cabbage clean with water, and chop it coarsely into pieces (This is simple. However, you can choose to break it into even pieces with hands.);
2. Wash the tomato clean and slice it; (The better and more complicated process to prepare the tomato is to immerse it into hot water and peel it before slicing it.)
3. Slice the garlic cloves;
4. Mince the ginger slice.
Cooking Steps:
1. Preheat the wok with the vegetable oil in it;
2. Drop the cabbage pieces into the wok and stir fry until it gets crispy and soft;
3. Add the sliced tomatoes into the wok and stir fully;
4. Season it with salt and MSG when the tomato and cabbage are done;
5. Dish out for serving.
Cooking Tips:
1. I didn’t add soy sauce to the list of seasonings because it might make the dish look dark in color. If you like soy sauce, why not drop some?
2. During the process if the wok becomes too dry, you can spray some water along the side of the wok in order to burn the cabbage. This rule applies to every green vegetable that is being stir-fried.
