Ingredients:

Leaf lettuce: 300 g

Seasonings:

Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

MSG: 1/3 teaspoon

Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon

Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Preparation Work:

1. Wash the leaf lettuce clean and cut it into pieces that are 6-7 cm long;

Cooking Steps:

1. Preheat the oil in the wok on high heat;

2. Drop the chopped leaf lettuce pieces into the wok and stir-fry them;

3. Add in MSG and salt while stir-frying;

4. Add the minced garlic in and stir fully when the ingredients are soft and done;

5. Dish the dish out onto a plate.

Cooking Tips:

The garlic cloves should be pressed on slightly first with the side of the knife blade before mincing. Don’t pat hard on them instead.

This way, the flavor of the garlic can be well retained.
