Stir Fried Green Chili Peppers with Salt Black Bean

Green Chili Peppers with Salt Black Bean
Introduction:
You may remember the green chili pepper recipe that we cooked the other day and are very famous Sichuan dish.
If you like eating and cooking that one, then you might as well like eating and cooking this one that are to be presented to you today as below.
Ingredients:
Green Chili Peppers: 400 g
Salt black bean: 100 g
Seasonings:
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Preparation Work:
1. Wash the chili peppers clean, remove the seeds and stems, and cut them into pieces;
Cooking Steps:
1. Preheat the vegetable oil in the wok and go the Step 2 when the oil becomes 70% hot;
2. Drop the chili pepper pieces into the wok and stir until their flavor is smelled;
3. Add the salt black bean and salt into the dish and blend them together fully.
Cooking Tips:
The longer the salt black bean is reserved, the tastier it gets and the darker the color would be. Therefore, the salt black beans that are darker in color should be selected when you are shopping for the ingredients of this dish.
As you can see from the picture above, I used green chili peppers for this recipe. You can also try the same recipe with green bell peppers, which is also great in flavor and color.
If you think that the color of this dish is somewhat monotonous, then you can mix some red chili peppers or red bell peppers in as one of the main ingredients.
You must have found that it is too simple to cook such a dish with a few steps. As simple the recipe is, cooking chili peppers into something that is taste is not simple at all.
One of the difficulties is that you don’t know when they are okay. You don’t want to undercook or overcook it, right? For me, the best cooking is such that the peppers meat can be easily scraped from the skin.
