Tasty Stir Fry Recipe

Stir Fry Recipe
Introduction:
The recipe of the day today is going to be something without a name. It is going to be composed of four ingredients everyone of which are equal to each other in quantity. Rather than composing a name out of the simple lining of four names, a comprehensive might be as good or even better.
Seen from the picture above, it has four colors – orange from the pumpkin, black from the wood ear mushrooms, and white from the bamboo shoots and brown from the shiitake mushrooms.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin: 100 g
Wood ear mushrooms: 100 g
Bamboo shoots: 100 g
Shiitake mushrooms: 100 g
Seasonings:
Salt: 5 g
MSG: 2 g
White sugar: 5 g
Olive oil: 10 g
Scallion: 10 g
Garlic cloves: 1
Sesame oil: a few drops
Preparation Work:
1. Chop the scallion coarsely;
2. Slice the garlic clove;
3. Peel, wash and slice the pumpkin;
4. Wash and cut the bamboo shoots into slices;
5. Cut the wood ear mushrooms into pieces (I would prefer breaking them up with my hands.);
6. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices;
Cooking Steps:
1. Wash the wok clean with water, put it on high heat or full flame and wait until it gets dried;
2. Pour the olive oil into the wok;
3. Make the wok fragrant by dropping the scallion and garlic slices into the oil when it gets hot;
4. Drop the ingredients that have been prepared in the last section into the wok and stir fry quickly;
5. Add in the salt, MSG, white sugar and stir fry fully;
6. When the ingredients are done, drop in some drops of sesame oil before dishing out.
Cooking Tips:
1. You can use dried wood ear mushrooms instead of fresh ones. One step you need to add to this recipe is to immerse them into lukewarm water for sometime until they become softened.
