Salt Boiled Tofu Skin

Salt Boiled Tofu Skin
Introduction:
Today, I am going to introduce a recipe that looks very simple. This is my first time to cook something like this, too. You can look on it as a cold dish or a boiling dish. What does the cooking method matter when it is tasty?
Ingredients:
Tofu skin: 250 g
Seasonings:
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Scallion: 1 stick
Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
White sugar: 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil: 1/2 teaspoon
Aniseed: 1 piece
Preparation Work:
1. Boil appropriate amount of water in the wok on high heat or full flame;
2. Immerse the tofu skin briefly into the water, take it out, put it into cool water briefly, strain it out of the water and cut it into square pieces;
3. Chop the scallion coarsely.
Cooking Steps:
1. Pour the boiled water out of the wok, clean it and put the wok with a cup of clean water back on the high heat or full flame;
2. When the water boils, add in the soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, sesame oil and aniseed;
3. Put the tofu pieces into the wok;
4. Fish the tofu pieces out when they are flavored with the tastes of different ingredients;
5. Put them into the plate after cooling down;
6. Spray the chopped scallion onto the tofu skin pieces and blend fully before serving.
Cooking Tips:
1. If you are worrying about the aniseed making the soup taste bitter, you can just take the aniseed out after a little while and continue to cook.
