Introduction:

Today, I am introducing one of the iceberg lettuce recipes to you: Stir-fried iceberg lettuce with walnut. From the picture above, you might have already seen that there is no walnut there. Ingredients:

Iceberg lettuce: 300 g

Walnut-meat: 100 g

Seasonings:

Garlic: 3 g

Sesame oil: 10 g

Cooking wine: 10 g

Salt: 4 g

MSG: 1 g

White sugar: 5 g

Vegetable oil: 20 g

Steps:

1. Wash the Iceberg lettuce clean.

2. Rip the Iceberg lettuce into pieces with hands.

3. Scald the Iceberg lettuce pieces in boiling water, and then put them into cool water.

4. Mince the garlic.

5. Toast the walnut-meat in the dry wok with low heat.

6. When the walnut-meat is done, crush it into fine grains.

7. Pour the vegetable oil into the wok and heat it on high heat.

8. When the oil becomes warm, pour the sesame oil into the warm oil.

9. Mix the two kinds of oil together by swinging the wok.

10. When you smell the aroma of the sesame oil, drop the minced garlic, iceberg lettuce pieces, salt, cooking wine and white sugar together into the wok. Stir them fully.

11. Add the MSG in.

12. Transfer the finished dish to a plate.

13. Sprinkle the dish with crushed walnut-meat.

Tips:

Walnut is good for the health of the brain. They are suitable for students or people whose work involves intellectual activities.

Iceberg lettuce can be eaten raw. But when fried quickly on high heat, the flavor and nutrition contained can be retained well.
