Stir-fried Cucumber

Introduction to Cucumber Recipes:

This is absolutely one of my favorites when it comes to healthy vegetarian recipes.

Firstly, the cucumber is a very lovely vegetable. They have an appearance which is totally green. You can also eat it like a kind of fruit because they can be eaten raw. And they are cut into very thin slices which are used as facial by many women.

Secondly, cucumbers can be cooked in many methods. In addition to the stir fried cucumber introduced today, there are also various cucumber salad recipes because they are edible when they are raw. I will introduce them to you gradually on this website.

Thirdly, cucumbers are really easy to cook, which only takes a few minutes. So there is no reason not to cook it even when you have not much time for cooking.

Okay, let’s do some cooking now.

Ingredients:

Cucumber: 2

Garlic: 2 cloves

Seasonings:

Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

How to cook the cucumber recipes – stir-fried:

Preparation Work:

1. Wash the cucumbers clean.

2. Peel them.

3. Cut each cucumber into half. Use a soup spoon to dig the seeds and the flesh out.

4. Slice the cucumbers.

5. Peel the garlic cloves and mince them.

Cooking steps:

1. Heat the wok and pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it.

2. When the oil is hot, drop the minced garlic in.

3. When you smell the garlic aroma, pour the sliced cucumber into the wok.

4. Stir for half a minute.

5. Add the salt and soy sauce in and stir them fully.

6. Turn off the heat. It is ready for serving.

Tips:

1. Don’t stir fry for a long time. On the one hand, the cucumber can even be edible when it is raw. So it is not necessary to cook it out. On the other hand, liquid will start to accumulate after a long time of stirring, bringing the nutrients away from the cucumber.

2. If I could, I would have added pieces of red chili pepper to enrich the color and the flavor a little bit.
