Hybrid Chinese Cabbage Recipe

Seen from the picture above, this dish is the combination of the Ma La Chinese Cabbage Recipe and the Sweet and Sour Chinese Cabbage recipe that we displayed previously.

As you can see, I used the same preparation method (the Chinese cabbage is ripped into pieces by hand) of the Chinese cabbage with that of the sweet and sour Chinese cabbage recipe, but the same ingredients, seasonings, and cooking steps with those used in the Ma La Chinese cabbage dish.
